'Good' warrior builds using daggers don't exist, simply put.
Just look at a standard warrior template --
12+1+preferred rune Weapon Mastery
rest between Strength & Tactics, depending on what skills you bring.
Elite Attack Skill
Attack Skill
Attack Skill
Attack Skill/Utility
IAS - Flail (PvE/Hammer) or Frenzy (PvP)
Speed buff & cancel stance / or another utility skill (PvE only, you really need that speed buff for PvP)
Utility
Res skill
... where 'Utility' can be an interrupt skill, self heal, condition or hex removal, defensive shout, or whatever - it's these optional skills where Assassin skills shine...
[skill]death's charge[/skill]... because shadowsteps are fun
[skill]signet of malice[/skill] for condition removal, pretty good on YAA! or Cripslash warriors, who can pile on a fair few conditions.
[skill]dash[/skill] for a speed buff, decent cancel for Frenzy
[skill]disrupting dagger[/skill] for a cheap, ranged interrupt.
... are the skills worth looking into, and - as with most worthwhile secondary skills for a Warrior, require no attribute investment to be powerful.
I'd try and steer clear of using Shadow Arts for healing though... they suck, drain your energy and attributes, and we already have Healsig.

But why limit a warrior? Warriors can use their own attack skills in every order they please to, making them supa-flexible. Really, sins are better spikebots. The damage will suck anyways because warriors can only put 12 in dagger mastery max.

here's a pvp dagger mastery one on pvxwiki I found looks kinda fun
http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:W/A_Bursting_Palm
Probably some changes you can make to it to make it more pve
swap burst of aggression for flail..add a cancel stance in place of the res...there's probably some other dagger skills you could use also
maybe whirlwind attack could fit in there?
other than that I'd just go with what Alex said...not much potential for a dagger warrior
limited to 12 mastery and no Critical Strike attribute line which is why Assasins get so much crazy damage.

Thanks for all the responses,
The idea behind this was to try something different by using daggers for a change instead of the standard warrior weapons. I was also hoping the fast attack speed would help build adrenaline to fuel skills not related to my attacking weapon, such as watch yourself, whirlwind attack and body blow. This would then leave my energy pool avail for dagger skills, which at this time I have as dancing daggers, wild strike and death blossom. Any suggestions that would aid this endeavor are always welcome
'A Leprechaun' and 'MBP', thanks for the suggestions. I'll definately have to try those out!

A common misconception - daggers attack at the same rate as swords/axes.
It gets slightly faster in theory due to double strikes on auto-attacks...
But dagger auto-attacks are so pathetically weak they can be ignored.
The sad truth is, any dagger-wielding warrior would be doing far more damage as a primary Assassin, the actual armour penetration on Strength adds bollocks-all damage (armour penetration only affects the base damage of attacks, which is pretty pathetic on daggers - it's why sundering daggers are even worse than the average).

Theory is different than practice. I was going to make a dagger warrior once. By the time I reached Sei Tung, I had already changed him to a hammer warrior. The weak percentage of gaining more adrenaline with a double attack was outweighed by being able to do 150 damage in a single hit. Even Death Blossom doesn't do that, and it requires using about thrice the energy I was for my hammer setup.
Plus, there are better ways *cough* [skill]tiger stance[/skill] of gaining adrenaline.
However, I will second the recommendation of using [skill]disrupting dagger[/skill] and [skill]crippling dagger[/skill]. These are usefull even with a pathetic investment in Deadly Arts. Or if you want even more utility, [skill]siphon speed[/skill] is pretty usefull.

I did this build a long time ago...6-8 months perhaps? Yeah, I was shunned for it. I liked it, and I still go back to it from time to time. The primary strength of this build is a never ending string of conditions. I think it stack conditions better than sword, axe, hammer could ever do. However, dps is just decent and that's it. And if you want to do conditions, well assassins do it better since they also have the dps in addition...

There's really no reason to use Crippling Dagger. Siphon Speed lasts the same duration, gives you a speed boost, and is harder to remove being a hex and also recharges twice as fast.
[skill]Death's Charge[/skill] is real nice for Hammer builds if you want to unleash a spike without having to worry about pre-prot.
